Thanks for checking out Perth Shooting Stars, Perth's LGBTQIA+ Netball Club! We're thrilled you’re interested in joining the fun. 

Here’s the scoop:

We welcome everyone, regardless of your gender, sexuality, or skill level requirements. If you’re part of the LGBTQIA+ community or an ally, come be part of our inclusive, vibrant club. We’re all about fair play, good sportsmanship, and spreading kindness on and off the court.

We play on Tuesday nights at Loftus Recreation Centre in Leederville with game scheduled start times between 6:15pm and 10:00pm, with teams in mixed social grades (A/B and C grades). You can join us as a Permanent Player where you’ll allocated a team and play weekly. Or, if you prefer a more casual option, you can register as a Sub. As a sub, you won’t be assigned to a specific team, but you’ll be in the pool to jump in whenever teams need an extra player and you're available. 

Season Fees

Fees are super affordable too! For our Summer Season, Permanent players paid $270 for the season (~25 weeks), this includes a $30 Club Registration Fee per season. For our Subs, they paid a $15 registration fee and $5 match fee (as required).

Fees for the Winter Season commencing 1st April 2025 will be communicated shortly.

Please note: 

• Perth Shooting Stars teams comprise of 5 Female / Non-Binary and 4 Male identifying players.
• Permanent team member positions are limited, subject to registrations meeting the above mix of Female / Non-Binary and Male identifying players. 
• Loftus Netball rules require a minimum of 3 Female / Non-Binary identifying players and a maximum of 3 male identifying players on court at any given time.
